Dear Neighbors,
Do you have a pandemic-related housing dispute with your landlord or tenant? Free and voluntary housing mediation services are being offered by the City of San José Housing Department, in partnership with the County of Santa Clara Office of Mediation and Ombuds Services.
The program offers a neutral platform for resolving disputes related to COVID-19 and covers many types of disputes, including (but not limited to) non-payment of rent, lease issues, nuisance issues, and roommate disputes.
