Police late Tuesday are investigating a shooting in San Jose.
The shooting was reported in the area of Scott Street and Richmond Avenue, in the city's Burbank neighborhood just north of Interstate 280.
An officer on scene said the victim has non-life threatening injuries following the shooting.
No other information was immediately available.
