The City of San Jose prepared an Initial Study/Addendum to the Downtown Strategy 2040 EIR for the proposed Diridon Station Area Plan Amendment. Project Description: Project would amend the existing Diridon Station Area Plan (DSAP) to align it with the other adopted and ongoing plans; integrate equity considerations; and support DSAP implementation through private development and public investments.
