ICYMI: We proposed the creation of a San José Resilience Corps, to employ young adults with living wages at a variety of jobs with our non-profit partners making our San José community more resilient to COVID, recession, pandemic-induced learning loss, climate change, and future disasters. Young adults suffer unemployment at 2x the national rate. They don't want a handout; they want a paycheck. #ResilienceCorps
