The San Jose Police Department responded to a request for service around 21:30 on Wednesday night after an altercation in the 400 block of S. Willard Ave. resulted in at least one person getting stabbed. Police shut down the area for a few hours as they collected evidence and interviewed neighbors; at least one individual was transported to the hospital with injuries. It’s not clear what their condition is at this point in time nor is there any information on if this was a gang related incident.
